Our patient care coordinators will find out what the outpatient physical therapy benefits are with your health insurance company and give you an estimate of what you will owe for your treatments. We strongly encourage you to also call your insurance company to verify the terms of your particular plan, as ultimately, you are responsible for payment on any services rendered.
SELF PAY OPTIONS
Self pay options are available for patients with high deductible plans or those without medical coverage
- Initial Evaluation - $125
- Subsequent Treatment Sessions: $100
Payment plan arrangements are available and can be further discussed.
